Our company was a designer, supplier and contractor of the complete system technology, the paint shop at the Military Aircraft Factory No. 2 in Bydgoszcz.
The installation is equipped with air handling units Main air handling units and auxiliary channels, combined with vertical and horizontal displacement power nozzles located on the ceiling. Jets powered by displacement ventilation units direct the flow of air into the work area where it is carried out painting and drying of the aircraft.
It is the only such hall in Poland and one of few in Europe. It fulfills the requirements of aircraft manufacturers such as Boeing, Saab and Lockheed.
Painted in it are planes: Boeing 737 900er and Hercules C-130. The Hangar is also equipped with high-humidification system with water treatment station, it provides adequate working conditions at the highest level.
